Entering Ches' Ota, a fully renovated Engadine house dating back to 1595, is like entering a magical place: you can breathe in the ancient flavour of the historic Engadine house and admire the original architectural elements combined with more contemporary living solutions.

There is no detail that does not tell a story, no element that does not recall the splendour of what was once Ches'Ota, now brought back to life in all its splendour, thanks to the meticulous renovation work carried out by the owners.

The green flat is on two levels, first floor and top floor, both with separate entrances. The entrance in the main floor leads into a large living room where a bright corner is dedicated to the kitchen and dining area, both overlooking a lovely terrace.

On the floor there is a guest bathroom and the service room adjacent to the kitchen with its own bathroom.
